I am originally from Massachusetts, but I have spent most of my life in beautiful western Washington. I was fortunate to attend Western for my undergraduate degree and decided to stay for a Master's. I loved the WWU community; not too big, not too small, I actually knew the professors in my classes and appreciated the access to recreation in Bellingham. When I am not working with students now, you may find me paddling on Chuckanut Bay, skiing at Baker, riding my bike on the Interurban or trotting around with my Best Dog!
